The American Chamber of Commerce Myanmar warmly invites all our members to attend our 8th Annual General Meeting!
AMCHAM Myanmar's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is one of the most important events of the year, bringing members together for a review and celebration of the past year's achievements and voting on important decisions to include exercising members right as corporate members of AMCHAM to vote on the slate of new Governors.
The highlight of the event will be the farewell address of our current President, Governor Adam Castillo of AGS Myanmar who will be completing his 5-year AMCHAM Board of Governors journey on this night.
The 2025 AGM agenda will include a presentation of our annual reports, the election to fill vacant seats on the Board of Governors and sharing our plans for the year ahead.
This event is free for all members who renew their 2025 membership before this important event.

- Venue: In-Person at the Grand Ballroom of Meliรก Yangonโ
- Food and Beverage: Seated Dinner and Social Networking Cocktail Hour
- Tickets: FREE and exclusive for AMCHAM Myanmar members only
- Booking deadline: May 27, 12 pm (Myanmar Time)
- Prior booking is required, and no walk-ins are accepted. Tickets are non-transferable.
